All of our indoor pillows include an insert made from 95% feather 5% down. Feathers are triple washed.

Lacefield outdoor pillows include a weather resistant polyfill insert.

Approval can take 2-5 business days. Please fax or email a copy of your resale certificate in addition to completing the online application.

Yes. All of our fabrics are available for purchase by the yard under the header titled TEXTILES. We do not sell partial yards, so please round up to the nearest whole yard when placing your order. There is a 2 yard minimum per pattern/colorway.

The majority of furniture and accessories used in our lifestyle vignettes are from our prop closet and are not for sale.

To ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we recommend requesting a swatch to view color and pattern in person. Lacefield textile swatches measure 8x8 and are $1.50 each. Search for swatches under the TEXTILE section of the website.

We will accept returns on unwashed, unused items in salable condition and in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fabric swatches, cut fabric yardage, upholstered furniture or sale items. A return authorization RA# and original receipt (packing slip) must be accompanied with the returned items. To request a RA#, please email info@lacefielddesigns.com or call 404.351.5450 ext.110 or ext.122. If you are unsure of color and/or pattern, please purchase a swatch from the TEXTILES section.

Please pack and seal the items you have been approved to return in its original packaging with the packing slip included. Clearly mark your RA# on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted beyond the 10 day return period. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, less original shipping charges. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

Please note, ALL returns on WHOLESALE ORDERS and BETH LACEFIELD FOR SURYA RUGS will incur a 10% restocking fee, in addition to shipping charges.

We strive to maintain inventory on all product. However, due to the nature of our designer pillows and drapery panels, some items may take up to two weeks to ship.

If an item is on backorder and will take longer that the normal shipping timeframe, you will be notified via email as to the status of that particular item.

All Lacefield products are shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Shipping charges are calculated at 10% of the total order amount.

If you order is shipping within the state of Georgia, you will be charged 7% sales tax on your order. All other states are exempt from sales tax.

Most merchandise has a care label and/or washing instructions attached. We generally recommend spot cleaning our pillows with applique details.
