Wholesale/Designer Clients Terms and Conditions

Opening Orders
$750 minimum, credit card only. Credit card orders must be supplied at the time of order with expiration date, name on card, and statement address. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Opening orders must include a completed application, a copy of your resale certificate, and a photograph of your store front.

Re-Orders
Two piece minimum for reorders.  The same payment requirements apply as with opening orders. Once orders are placed we cannot make any changes to the order.

Back Orders
Back orders will be shipped as ready unless cancelled prior to packing. Back orders will be shipped on the same terms as the original order.

Returns/Exchanges
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. No unauthorized invoice deductions are allowed.

Damages
A signature is required for all deliveries. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defect should be noted on the packing slip and returned to Lacefield Designs within five calendar days of merchandise receipt. Claims made five or more days after delivery may not be accepted. Please do not sign for merchandise that is visibly damaged. Obviously damaged shipments should be refused.

Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
